Technology

PET Plastic Recycling
The technological process begins with the recycling of PET plastic bottles. They are collected, cleaned, and shredded into small flakes, providing high-quality material for further processing.
Rolling Process
After recycling, the PET plastic is melted and transformed into thin polymer films, which are then formed into rolls. This stage ensures a uniform structure and the necessary material properties for future use.
Vacuum Forming
The rolls of plastic film are cut to the required sizes and then undergo the vacuum forming process. This is a technology where the plastic is heated and, under the influence of a vacuum, takes the required shape of a roof tile. This process allows for high precision in the production of each element and ensures a perfect fit during installation.
Polyurethane Foam Infilling
Inside each tile is a porous polyurethane-based material. This material provides the tile with the necessary thermal insulation, which reduces heat loss in the house and protects against overheating in summer. Polyurethane foam also provides sound insulation and resistance to mechanical damage.
